While we have made every effort to completely eliminate the registration fee, we are aware that travel and accommodation costs may still present challenges, particularly for students and early-career researchers nearing the end of their contracts. Therefore, we are securing a limited amount of funding to support participation.
Funding will be distributed depending on the total amount available and the number of requests received. To request financial support, please send a brief email to quanthep2026@gmail.com by May 20th. Applicants will be notified of the outcome and the awarded amount before the registration deadline.
