Description

Highly compact, filter-free multispectral photodetectors have important applications in biological imaging, face recognition, and remote sensing. In this work, III-V semiconductor nanowire arrays were successfully synthesized and demonstrated as high-performance infrared photodetectors for multispectral imaging.
