In-person Oral Presentation File Instructions
Please review the schedule for information about the date and time of your participation in the meeting.
The presentation time is 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A and transition.
Accepted presentation formats:
PowerPoint (2021, 365, or earlier versions) or PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader).
Please send the FINAL version of your presentation in PDF or PPTX format to: SolarAI2026@inpe.br
Deadline: Friday, 14 August 2026 at 17:00 (Brazil time).
Please include the following subject line in your email: LastName_SolarAImeeting_Presentation
Alternatively, authors may upload their presentation file directly through the conference website in "My Contributions".
Please note that personal laptops CANNOT be used in the meeting rooms during oral presentations.
