Description
Novel inference approaches are quickly gaining ground in large-scale structure cosmology analyses. I will present a proposal for disambiguating the various approaches, and then review opportunities and challenges for these new approaches, focusing on spectroscopic galaxy clustering. I will also discuss how we can identify where any additional cosmological information is coming from.
