A poster session will be held on Wednesday July 1st. All participants are encouraged to submit an abstract for a poster highlighting their work. You can submit an abstract from the main page of the indico page for the school.
Poster Printing
You have the option to print your poster at UCSB. The cost for printing your poster at UCSB is $50 and can be done following the "poster printing" link:

To request poster printing at UCSB, please submit the final version of your poster by June 26th as a PDF and follow the submission guidelines outlined here: https://pcs.physics.ucsb.edu/Poster-Printer. When completing the request form, please enter "0" for the account strings and write "2026 Neutrino" in the comments section.
Poster Group Assignment
Posters are split into two groups A & B randomly. Please check you group assignment and poster ID here.
Each group presenters will take turn to stay at the poster for presenting according to the schedule below.
Poster Session Location
Poster boards will be be set up in Bren Hall Courtyard, just outside of the lecture room.
The poster board will be labeled with group A or B and the poster ID.
From 3:15pm onwards, before the session, put up your poster at the assigned poster board.
At the end of the session, please promptly remove the posters as we need to put the poster boards away on the same night.

3:15pm onwards: Setup posters
5:30pm - 5:40pm (10min): Welcome + Vote explain
6:00pm - 6:30pm (30min): Group A present at posters
6:30pm - 7:00pm (30min): Group B present at posters
7:00pm - 7:50pm (50min): Free for all
7:50pm - 8:00pm (10min): Put away posters
