Code of conduct

The organisers want to ensure that this training school is carried out in a professional and safe environment. We expect the participants to treat each other with dignity, courtesy, respect, politeness, and consideration. Be respectful of each other's views and opinions, even if you disagree.

The organisers do not condone discriminatory behaviour. This includes behaviour such as physical and verbal abuse, intimidation, harassment, and bullying.

Participants asked to stop any inappropriate behaviour according to this policy are expected to comply immediately. Attendees may be asked to leave the conference at the sole discretion of the organisers.

If you have any questions, or wish to report a violation of this code of conduct, is asked to speak, in confidence, to the chairperson of the Local Organizing Committee (Sven De Rijcke, sven.derijcke [at] ugent.be).
