Travel Information

The workshop will take place in Nicosia, Cyprus. Participants are encouraged to arrive via Larnaca International Airport (LCA), which offers the most convenient access to Nicosia.

From Larnaca Airport (LCA) to Nicosia (Recommended):

The Kapnos Airport Shuttle (https://kapnosairportshuttle.com/) provides a reliable connection between Larnaca Airport and Nicosia. Buses depart approximately every hour, with a transfer time of about 35 minutes. A one-way ticket costs €9. Tickets can be purchased online or directly at the airport shuttle counter.

From Paphos Airport (PFO) to Nicosia (Not recommended):
An alternative option—though not recommended—is Paphos International Airport (PFO). Connections to Nicosia are available via the Kapnos Airport Shuttle (https://kapnosairportshuttle.com/), though they are less frequent—typically three times per day. The transfer takes around 100 minutes, and a one-way ticket costs €18. The detailed timetable for March will be published after mid-January (https://kapnosairportshuttle.com/routes/10/en/1).

Taxi Transfers:
Taxis are available from both airports for a direct transfer to Nicosia. Estimated fares are approximately €50–60 from Larnaca and €120–140 from Paphos, depending on time of day and service provider.

Venue:
The workshop will be held at the University of Cyprus (New campus).
