The registration fee of 250 EUR includes:
- Attendance in conference sessions
- Conference lunch for 3 days
- Social dinner for 1 evening
- Conference coffee-break snacks for 3 days
- Free public transportation access for 3 days
After approval of your participation you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
The payment deadline is 1 June 2026. After this date, the registration fee will increase to 300 EUR.
In case you wish to cancel or modify your registration, a refund may be requested by sending an email to the LOC (extp2026@gmail.com). In all cases, a 50 EUR administration fee will be charged. Changes and refunds will not be accepted after 1 July 2026. Registration may be transferred to another person on request.
