Poster instructions

If you will be presenting a poster, please make sure you carefully follow these instructions: 


If you want to be considered for the best poster awards, please make sure you upload a pdf of your poster by Wednesday June 17 at 11.59pm US Pacific time and fill the following form by the same deadline: https://forms.gle/EcjupbNrCsijofxE8. Eligibility requirements are stipulated in the form, as well as in the poster logistics link above. 

Poster sessions will occur in the Crescent Bay, Doheny Beach and Emerald Bay rooms, each of which is partitioned into multiple rooms (A, B, C, etc). All of these rooms are on level 1 of the Student Center: 

Please find below the location (room and easel) that posters have been assigned to:

  • Poster Session #1 (Tuesday afternoon): here
  • Poster Session #2 (Thursday afternoon): here


All easels are labeled and numbered in a natural order. Once you know what room and partition you're looking for, just go to the room in question and it should be easy to find the easel you want. Just in case, here is a map showing all the easel locations in all the rooms. 

The rooms will be accessible throughout the full conference. Make sure your poster is displayed and removed in accordance with the following guidelines:
