Hotels
We have negotiated rates with several hotels in the local area. The prices range from $129 USD to $300 USD per night before tax. These negotiated rates are much lower than the normal rates during this time period, given the FIFA World Cup. You can choose from a range of hotels near the John Wayne (SNA) airport or near the Fashion Island Mall on Newport Beach.

Participants will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the conference venue. Information concerning parking on Campus can be found here.
On-Campus Dorm Housing at UC Irvine
Conference attendees have the option to reserve a dorm room on the UC Irvine campus for the duration of Neutrino 2026.
We plan to post the official booking form for the dorms by the end of April.
Rates & Dates
The housing package is priced at the room-only rate of $82.25/night for single occupancy, for a total of $493.50 per person for the full 6-night stay, with no additional taxes or fees. Bookings are available for the full conference period only — partial-week reservations are not available.

Accessibility & Room Preferences
The layout of each residential building varies by community and building style. Some buildings may present challenges for attendees with mobility needs. If you require accessibility accommodations, please indicate this during registration.
Attendees will also be able indicate a preference to be housed on a same-gender floor during registration.
What's Included
Linen Package Each room comes with one pillow, pillowcase, two sheets, one blanket, one towel, and one washcloth. Personal toiletries — including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion — are not provided, so please plan to bring your own.
Housekeeping Common areas are serviced regularly. Please note that in-room and daily cleaning services are not available.
After-Hours Support The Housing desk is staffed daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. A duty line is available after hours for urgent assistance.
Restrooms Shared restroom facilities are available within each residential building.
Climate UC Irvine's residential buildings are sustainably air-conditioner free. Southern California in June is typically warm and sunny, so light clothing is recommended.
