Description
The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a next-generation neutrino
experiment located in China, which has been taking data since the end of August 2025. With 20 ktons of ultra-pure liquid scintillator, JUNO seeks to make world-leading measurements of three neutrino oscillation parameters and determining the neutrino mass ordering (NMO). Although it is primarily designed to use reactor neutrinos for this purpose, JUNO will also be able to study neutrino oscillations using atmospheric neutrinos. This poster will present the latest the latest progress in data analysis towards the first atmospheric neutrino measurements in JUNO.
