⚠️Important: Additional T-Shirt Charges
- Participants who opt for the conference T-shirt must pay INR 400 extra in addition to the base registration fee.
- The final payable amount, therefore, depends on your registration category plus whether the T-shirt is included.

1. Faculty, PhD students, and postdoctoral researchers from India

Payments must be made only through BillDesk (link given below).

BillDesk can accept payments only from Indian bank accounts or credit/debit cards linked to Indian banks.

Important: If you are paying via BillDesk, you must upload only the official PDF receipt generated by BillDesk after successful payment. No other payment proof (screenshots, emails, etc.) will be accepted. In the registration form, please provide the BillDesk transaction ID given in the PDF.
2. Foreign participants
BillDesk Limitation

Payments cannot be accepted through BillDesk from foreign bank accounts or cards.
- We strongly suggest that you please use WISE as the exclusive method of payment/money transfer (https://www.wise.com).
- The Indian bank details (with SWIFT code) are provided below. You have to enter these details in the WISE (website or App).
- If asked for a Purpose of Payment (PoP), please put P0301, which stands for payments for travel.
Transaction Charges

WISE transfer: Very nominal, approximately 2–3 Euros. For a little more charge, you can also use your Debit/Credit Cards. The transactions take only seconds to complete end-to-end.

Direct bank transfer (foreign bank → Indian bank):

High flat charges by foreign banks (~40–50 Euros).

Significant risk of transaction failure.

In case of failure, the bank commission is non-refundable.

3. Indian-origin participants travelling from abroad (Faculty, Postdoctoral researchers, PhD students)

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to the LOC ism2025.iitbbs@gmail.com
- The request email should have “ISM2025-CAN” and the registration reference ID in the subject line to ensure smooth processing.
- Cancellations made before the registration window closes will be eligible for a full refund, minus 18% GST and applicable bank handling charges.
- Cancellations made after the registration window closes will generally not be refunded. In exceptional cases, the LOC may consider granting a partial refund at its discretion. However, cancellations due to unavoidable reasons, such as a visa not being granted on time despite a timely application, will be eligible for a full refund minus taxes and bank charges.
