The accommodation for participants has been arranged in the following:
- IIT Bhubaneswar student's hostels
- IIT Bhubaneswar guest house
- NISER guest house
- Students will be accommodated on the single-occupancy basis in hostels.
- Faculties will be accommodated on the single occupancy basis in guest houses.
- Post-docs will be accommodated on the single/double occupancy basis in guest houses.
Detailed information regarding room allocation, check-in procedures, and local arrangements will be shared with participants in due course.
