The registration deadline is September 4th at 23:59 CET. The registration fee is 275€ for in-person participants and it covers coffee breaks, welcome reception, and social dinner.
Registration for ML4Jets 2026 is a two-stage process. First, register here on indico. Second, pay the conference fee through our partner Austropa Interconvention. Notice that the registration process is complete only after payment of the conference fee has been received. A message of confirmation will be sent by the organizers.
If needed, you may ask AUSTROPA INTERCONVENTION for an appropriate letter of invitation for visa purposes at ML4Jets2026@austropa.at.
Payment of Registration Fee
Payments of registration fee should be made through the Austropa website.
Registration will only be completed after the registration fee has been received.
Financial Support
Members of the COST Action Machine Learning and Quantum Computing for Future Colliders can apply for financial support through the action's conference grant system. Priority will be given to Young Researchers and Innovators (YRIs) and participants from Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITCs), in accordance with the MLQC4FC Grant Awarding strategy.
