Registration for ML4Jets 2026 is a two-stage process. First, register here on indico. Second, pay the conference fee through our partner Austropa Interconvention.
The registration fees are in Euro and include conference registration, conference material, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and social dinner.
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the welcome reception, and social dinner.
The fees are:
Registration fee: 275 Euro
Accompanying persons: 90 Euro

You will be directed to Austropa, an agency which will handle the conference registrations.
During registration you have the option for a hotel booking offered by Austropa. Standard bookings can be chosen within the conferene dates (13rd-19th of September). Other arrival or departure dates can be indicated in the "special requirements" in the booking tool and you will be contacted by Austropa.

The Conference Fee can be paid by:

Payments are accepted in EURO only!
Cancellation
Registration: In case of cancellation before August 10, 2026 80% of the total fee will be refunded. No refund is possible for cancellations after this date.
Room booking conditions: To secure your reservation a credit card is required. Total hotel expenses have to be paid directly at the hotel upon check out. All requests for cancellation or changes have to be made in writing to the registration office Austropa Interconvention.
