Submission deadline
We require you to submit a 200 to 350 (max) word abstract + a 200 word lay abstract for both poster and oral presentations.
The Best Image and Scientific Visualisation Competition will open shortly. You will receive a separate email.
Abstract submission will close on 15 May 23:59. You can edit your abstract until then.
After the abstract submission deadline, you will have until 31 May, 23:59 to upload your poster PDF (A1 Portrait) for poster printing. You will receiver further information on 22 May PM once the ECR committee will contact you to confirm whether you have been selected to present a poster, a talk, or a short talk+poster.
