By Car:
Being on the highway A8 from Munich to Salzburg, 19 km south from the Chiemsee, take exit "Bernau am Chiemsee" or "Grabenstätt".
Follow the signs "Reit im Winkl" to "Grassau".
In "Marquartstein" take the B307 to Schleching (total distance from the exit on highway A8 to Schleching is about 20 km.).
By Train:
Take the train to "Prien am Chiemsee" or "Übersee" between Munich and Salzburg.
From Prien am Chiemsee continue with bus 9505 (RVO) to Marquartstein and change there to bus 9509 (RVO) to Schleching. Or even better get off the train in "Übersee" and take bus 9509 (RVO) to Schleching from there.
