This page provides information for AAC 2026 presenters and authors. Additional details, including poster numbers and proceedings submission instructions, will be posted here as they become available.
Poster Presentations
Poster sessions have already been assigned by Working Group. Individual poster numbers will be assigned at a later date.
Poster boards will be in portrait orientation. Posters should not exceed:
5 ft high × 3.5 ft wide
approximately 152 cm high × 107 cm wide
Poster session assignments are as follows:

Presenters should plan to mount their posters before the beginning of their assigned poster session and remove them promptly after the session unless otherwise instructed by the organizers.
Oral Presentations
Speakers should have access to upload their presentation slides directly through Indico.
In addition to uploading slides on Indico, speakers must make their slides available to their Working Group leaders before the break immediately preceding the session in which they are scheduled to speak. This will allow the Working Group leaders and session chairs to assemble the session material and avoid delays during the program.
Please use standard presentation formats, preferably PowerPoint or PDF, and make sure that movies, animations, fonts, and embedded media work correctly before submission.
Proceedings
AAC 2026 proceedings will be published through Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research.
The deadline for proceedings submission is two months after the end of the conference
September 30, 2026
Detailed manuscript preparation and submission instructions will be posted here once the proceedings portal and formatting requirements are finalized. Authors are encouraged to begin preparing their manuscripts soon after the workshop, especially for contributions involving multi-institutional author lists or internal review requirements.
