The conference will be held at the Luskin Conference Center, located on the UCLA campus in Westwood, Los Angeles. The Luskin Center is a modern conference facility with on-site meeting rooms, lodging, and dining, within walking distance of UCLA academic buildings.

By Air:
The most convenient airport is LAX (~30 minutes by car, traffic dependent). Burbank (BUR) is an alternative (~45–60 minutes). Taxis, ride-share services, and shuttle services are readily available.
By Car / Public Transportation:
On-site parking is available at the Luskin Conference Center, with additional UCLA visitor parking nearby. UCLA is also served by local bus routes connecting Westwood with major transit hubs in Los Angeles.

Visa & Invitation Letters
International participants are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate travel documents to enter the United States. Invitation letters can be provided upon request after successful registration/application.
