After 10 years, in February 2026 WOMBAT returns to its birthplace: the 6th workshop will be held in Sydney, Australia to celebrate a decade of successful meetings! The primary goal of this event is to bring together researchers specialising in opto-mechanics and Brillouin scattering, encompassing a wide range of topics from fundamental research to practical applications.

Please review the program carefully and check for any typo errors in the author names and titles of your work. If you are unable to attend your assigned session, please inform us as early as possible.
Contributed talks are allocated 15 minutes total (12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions). Posters should be prepared in A1 format and submitted to the committee no later than 3:00 pm on Monday, 9 February, ahead of the poster session.
The registration for the tutorial day will remain open until 28th Jan. If you have not yet registered, please visit the registration tab to complete your registration.
