Welcome Reception on Monday, October 7
The welcome reception with canapés and drinks will take place at Hotel Ani after the Monday sessions and is included in the registration fee.
Excursion on Wednesday Afternoon
We are planning to organize a half-day tour after the sessions on Wednesday to visit Garni Temple and Geghard Monastery.
The tour will start on Wednesday at 13:45 sharp from Hotel Ani, following the morning session. Participants will receive a lunch box (sandwich and bottle of water) and a ticket to Garni Temple. Please note that the bus company does not allow food on board, so the lunch box must be opened either before boarding or during the excursion. This tour is included in the registration fee.
For accompanying persons, the excursion fee is 4,000 Armenian dram, which includes the ticket to Garni Temple, lunch box, and transportation.
Please indicate during registration if you plan to attend the excursion, as we need an exact number to organize the tour.
Conference Dinner on Wednesday
The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday at 19:30 at Tavern Gata (22 Tumanyan St, Yerevan 0001, map), located near the conference venue. The dinner is included in the registration fee.
For accompanying persons, the dinner price is 14,000 Armenian dram.
Please indicate during registration if you plan to attend the dinner, as we need to provide the exact number to the restaurant.
