If you are giving a talk, each presentation will be given a 35 minute time slot ( 30 min talk + 5 min Q&A). A timeline is available at the conference webpage. Presenters should upload their talks to the indico website prior to the conference, as all presentations will be stored on a single computer. To do so:
- Navigate to indico.cern.ch/e/wins2023 and login to the conference webpage.
- Navigate to ‘My Contributions’ on the left hand side of the page.
- Click on the contribution you would like to upload presentation materials for.
- Scroll down to “Presentation Materials” and click on the button the right to upload new materials.
- Upload files using your preferred method. A .pdf format is preferred. If your presentation has any animations, please be sure to upload the .pptx or similar format for presenting.
