Fee Payment Instructions
For senior scientists and PhD students: $ 150000 COP
For Undergraduate and Master's students: $ 90000 COP
1. Download and fill the registration form in the following link: “REGISTRATION FORM”.
2. Once you have filled the registration form, send it to comhep@gmail.com and attached a copy of your identification (Cédula for Colombians and Passsport for foreigners), before November 23th 2018.
3. Few days later you will receive a payment receipt by email, in which you will find the instructions for different payment options.
4. If you need an invoice (factura), please download and fill the following document “INVOICE REQUEST”. and send it to comhep@gmail.com before November 23th 2018. Please add the RUT (Registro Único Tributario) of your Institution.
5. Deadline for payment: Extended to November 23th 2018.
NOTE:
- For foreigners: The steps 1 and 2 have to be done before the deadline, but the payment receipt will be delivered to you on the first day of the meeting so that the payment can be made in Cali.
- For students supported with NO fee payment: Only do the steps 1 and 2 before the deadline.
