A. The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to all registrants:
1. It is mandatory to fill out the registration form. The delayed registration request will not be accepted.
2. There is NO direct or indirect fee for any registration and competition of this event.
3. Participants must show the registration ticket on asking for confirmation of participation. The participants could immediately download the ticket after registration as well as via the registration confirmation email.
4. There are limited slots for each activity, therefore participants should join any activity in the slot chosen by him/herself in the registration form.
5. The organizers hold full authority to cancel the registration of any participant without giving any prior information/notice.
6. Any kind of violation of the code of conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to the termination of any kind of participation in the event.

1. It is mandatory to fill out the registration and competition forms separately. The delayed registration request will not be accepted.
2. There is NO direct or indirect fee for any registration and competition of this event.
3. The participants should present at the respective venue 30 mins prior to the event/competition time.
4. Registered participants should bring stationary (Pen, Pencil, Colors etc.) themselves. Only papers will be provided by the organizers.

6. Participants must keep and show the registration ticket on asking for confirmation of participation. The participants could immediately download the ticket after registration as well as via the registration confirmation email.
7. The judgment and prize distribution will not be considered for any second opinion.
8. The organizers hold full authority to cancel the registration of any participant without giving any prior information/notice.
9. Any kind of violation of the code of conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to the termination of any kind of participation in the event.

A. निम्नलिखित नियम और शर्तें सभी पंजीकरणकर्ताओं पर लागू होती हैं:
1. रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म भरना अनिवार्य है। बिलम्ब पंजीकरण अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
2. इस आयोजन के किसी भी पंजीकरण और प्रतियोगिता के लिए कोई प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष शुल्क नहीं है।
3. भागीदारी की पुष्टि के लिए पूछने पर प्रतिभागियों को पंजीकरण टिकट दिखाना होगा। प्रतिभागी पंजीकरण के साथ-साथ पंजीकरण पुष्टिकरण ई-मेल के माध्यम से तुरंत टिकट डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
4. प्रत्येक गतिविधि के लिए सीमित स्थान उपलब्ध हैं, इसलिए प्रतिभागियों को पंजीकरण फॉर्म में स्वयं द्वारा चुने गए स्लॉट में किसी भी गतिविधि में शामिल होना चाहिए।
5. आयोजकों के पास बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना/नोटिस के किसी भी प्रतिभागी का पंजीकरण रद्द करने का पूर्ण अधिकार है।
6. आचार संहिता के किसी भी प्रकार के उल्लंघन को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा और आयोजन में किसी भी प्रकार की भागीदारी को समाप्त किया जा सकता है।
B. निम्नलिखित नियम और शर्तें किसी भी प्रतियोगिता के सभी प्रतिभागियों पर लागू होती हैं:
1. पंजीकरण एवं प्रतियोगिता प्रपत्र अलग-अलग भरना अनिवार्य है। बिलम्ब पंजीकरण अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
2. इस आयोजन के किसी भी पंजीकरण और प्रतियोगिता के लिए कोई प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष शुल्क नहीं है।
3. प्रतिभागियों को कार्यक्रम/प्रतियोगिता के समय से 30 मिनट पहले संबंधित स्थल पर उपस्थित होना चाहिए।
4. पंजीकृत प्रतिभागियों को स्टेशनरी (पेन, पेंसिल, कलर आदि) स्वयं लानी होगी। आयोजकों द्वारा केवल कागज उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।
5. प्रतियोगिताओं के लिए समय सारिणी यहां पाई जा सकती है, जबकि स्थल की जानकरी यहां पा सकते हैं ।
6. भागीदारी की पुष्टि के लिए पूछने पर प्रतिभागियों को पंजीकरण टिकट रखना और दिखाना होगा। प्रतिभागी पंजीकरण के साथ-साथ पंजीकरण पुष्टिकरण ईमेल के माध्यम से तुरंत टिकट डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
7. किसी भी दूसरी राय के लिए निर्णय और पुरस्कार वितरण पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
8. आयोजकों के पास बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना/नोटिस के किसी भी प्रतिभागी का पंजीकरण रद्द करने का पूर्ण अधिकार है।
