We have tried our best to arrange accommodation as per your choice. However, due to various restriction, we could not accommodate all of you as per the choice. Please bear with us. Please feel free to write to us if you have any complain/query. Please let us know if you have paid the registration fee and opted for the accommodation but don't see your name in the accommodation list.
In case, if we have to make any further changes, we would inform you in due time.

*** IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR PARTICIPANTS:*** Please ignore this box if you are an Invited speakers. Our university guest houses are only 2 to 3 KM away from Bolpur-Santiniketan Railway station (see the attached map). You would always get a TOTO (either personal/shared), AUTO-Rickshaw or car etc to hire. We are requesting you to reach the corresponding guest houses by yourselves. The student volunteers to receive guests will be arranged for the invited speakers only. However, regarding travel please call for any help/suggestion ( 7980050599 / 7908 272 177) if you have any queries. |
I request you to kindly UPDATE the registration page for the ACCOMMODATION part if you have opted for the accommodation.
You don't have to pay now. You should pay the Tariff at the corresponding hotels/ guest houses.
Please note that we can arrange transportation to Venue of the conference from these hotels only. Please arrange your own transportation if you wish to stay at some other places.
