We realize neutrino phenomenology via Type-(I+II) seesaw
mechanism in a simple $U(1)_{L_e-L_\mu}$ gauge extension of standard model. With three additional right-handed neutrinos and a scalar triplet, we obtain two-zero $A_2$ texture in active neutrino mass matrix.
