Description
EasyPET-3D is an affordable PET scanner technology capable of acquiring
real time and high quality in-vivo PET images of mice. While the high price
of preclinical PET scanners makes them unaccessible for many research
centers, EasyPET-3D reduces the overall costs without compromising image
quality. The system uses an innovative acquisition method based on two
rotation axes for the movement of detector arrays, and a simple front-end
readout.
