The conference venue -- AVRA Imperial Hotel Conference Center -- is a spacious modern facility which went into operation in 2011. It is located in the middle of Kolymbari, a picturesque fisherman's village, 25 km west of Chania.
There are 50 rooms reserved at AVRA Imperial Hotel for the workshop participants at negotiated rates of:
€ 130 /night single occupancy, halfboard
€ 160 /night double occupancy, halfboard
The rates include breakfast and dinner at various hotel restaurants, as well as full access to hotel facilities (spa, pools, gym, etc.), see the map below.
The rates apply for reservations made before June 30 through the hotel website with booking code NEWPHYSICS2020. The booking code works for within the period of Sep 22 to Oct 2. Availability is limited.
