Summary
In recent years we have seen significant improvements in lattice QCD calculations for quark flavor physics.
In this talk I will focus on calculations of ``simple'' quantities (where the initial and final states
contain at most one (stable) hadron) with complete error budgets. After reviewing recent results relevant for
weak processes involving $B$-mesons, I will discuss their phenomenological implications and future prospects.
