- Welcome reception (cocktails and food) on Monday evening at the Hotel Las Aguilas
- Guided excursion on Wednesday afternoon to the picturesque villages of La Orotava, Garachico and Icod de los Vinos
- Workshop Dinner on Friday evening at the restaurant Meson EL Drago
