Traverse City is a popular tourist destination, so we recommend booking your accommodations as early as possible. The conference takes place at The Hagerty Center, conveniently located in the heart of the city, with a variety of comfortable lodging options nearby. In addition, the Traverse City bay area is served by a free bus service (Bay Area Transportation Authority - BATA) that runs from 6:30 am until 10 pm on a 15-minute basis (Bayline Bus Route). So even if you book further away from downtown along the shore, there is easy, frequent, and free transportation available.

Even though Traverse City is a highly sought-after location, particularly during the tourist season, there are plenty of accommodations available. Beyond the hotels listed above, you can also find other, more cost-effective accommodations around the BATA bus routes, including also AirBNB lodging that may be cost-effective for groups. In any case, we encourage you to book your hotel as early as possible to ensure availability.
