Description

SNO+ is a continuation of the original SNO experiment conducted in the late 1990s and early 2000s. SNO+ uses Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB) as a liquid scintillator to detect neutrinos. Tellurium will be added to the scintillator to help search for neutrinoless double beta decay. In this presentation, I will focus on the underground purification and synthesis process of the tellurium complex.
