Scam warning: We have had reports of participants being emailed by "Global Travel" and/or "Royal Travel", posing as travel agents in connection with this conference. Please treat such emails as spam. All genuine correspondence will come directly from the University of Southampton via a soton.ac.uk address.
This event is for active researchers (faculty, postdocs and PhD students) in high-energy theory.
Contributed talks
Unusually for conferences in our field, we are aiming for many participants to give a talk. Around half of the plenary talks and the majority of the parallel talks will be allocated from abstract submissions. Abstract submisssions are now closed (as of June 12).
Registration
Registration involves two steps:
Step 1. Indico registration: this has closed, since the conference is close to capacity.
In due course, we may be able to admit some more people, subject to funding and space constraints. If you would like to sign up to the Waiting List, please email the organisers as described above.
Step 2. Upon receiving an email that your Indico registration has been approved, please proceed to pay your registration fee and optionally book accommodation / excursion / banquet in the Southampton Online Store.
Registration fees are subsidised by our sponsors and are as follows.
Basic registration fee (talks, lunches, coffees):
Subsidised registration fee: £50 (sold out), £125 (sold out)
Non-subsidised registration fee: £280
From 3 June 2024, registrations received (via the Waiting list) will be subject to the non-subsidised rate, unless additional funding is secured.
