The registration fee for students is £500.
The ticket price includes:
- Five nights' ensuite accommodation at the University’s Glen Eyre Halls of Residence, arriving Monday 10 July and checking-out Saturday 15 July.
- Four breakfasts from the morning of Tuesday 11 until morning of Friday 14
- Four dinners from evening of Monday 10 July until evening of Thursday 13 July
- Lunch and daytime refreshments Tuesday 11 – Friday 14.
An additional night’s accommodation can be booked on a room-only basis on the night of Saturday 15 July. Those staying in Glen Eyre for both pre-SUSY and the main conference, will be able to stay in the same room. Please note that the main SUSY conference and associated accommodation will need to be booked separately.
