Description
We revisit fundamental properties of quantum information in light of
a notion in one-shot information theory, namely smooth max-relative
entropy. We show how these properties, in particular Strong Subadditivity
of von Neumann entropy, follow from intuitive and easy to establish
properties of the new notion.
