We are accepting abstracts for two types of talks.
The first is a 5+2" talk on "voice of the field". What does that mean to you, in the absense of NSAC/HEPAP or any replacements? Is a "voice of the community" needed? What is its purpose, its roles? How does it gain legitimacy? What are its responsibilities? Why? Four talks will be selected.
The second is a 2" Flash talk. You have two minutes one-slide-only to education the community about a research direction that needs more attention, an issue for the field, or other subject relevent to high energy and nuclear physics.2 minute one-slide-only "Flash" talk. Up to 20 talks will be selected.
