Our poster session during the CLARIPHY AI Collaboration meeting will be organized on Monday (September 14) between 5:30-7PM at the Pyle Center (Lee Lounge, Room 109). The room will be available starting at 5 PM and you are welcome to put up your poster anytime after that.
We recommend the A1 poster size in portrait format, that is, posters should not exceed 594 x 841 millimeters, or 23.4 x 33.1 inches.
If there are any issues with your poster and you need one re-printed, please send an email to help@hep.wisc.edu with “CLARIPHY” in the subject no later than 8 AM on Monday (the earlier the better). We will try to help, first come, first served. Please make sure that your poster (pdf format preferred) is uploaded on the indico site.
