The Registration Fee for the events are as follows
Regular Fee : 240 USD
PhD Students : 160 USD
Industry Representatives : 250 USD
Late Registration Fee after 20th Aug 2026
Regular Fee : 280 USD
PhD Students : 200 USD
Industry Representatives : 300 USD
Late Registration closes on 10th Sept 2026.
The Registration Fee covers participation to Academic Sessions, Lunch and coffee breaks during the sessions, one Conference Dinner and a Conference Kit.
Some financial support may become available to provide partial waivers. Participants in need of waiver are encouraged to mark their choices in the Registration Form.
For Conference Visa, the details of participants need to be forwarded to the Ministry of Home Affairs in advance for a quick processing. Participants who would require Visa are encouraged to pre-register early for a smooth process.
