The UK Standard Visitor visa costs £115 for up to 6 months. The earliest you can apply is 3 months before your travel and the visa delivery takes on average 3 weeks. You can find more information on the two government pages:

EU nationals will need to obtain a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA), which is valid for 2 years and costs £20. While approval normally only takes a few days, it is better to apply for this well in advance.
