Registrations open Friday, June 5th.
Registrations close Wednesday, September 9th.
Registration fees
The registration fee for workshop participants is AUD$250.
For workshop participants, this fee includes: Welcome Reception, tea/coffee breaks, lunches (excluding Sunday), Workshop Dinner.
An accompanying person may attend the Welcome Reception free of charge, and may attend the Dinner for an extra fee of AUD$80. Please advise us of any such attendance when you are filling in the registration form.
Cancellation refund policy
Up to August 5th 2026 : full refund minus $50 administration fee
From August 6th 2026 : 50% of payment refunded
From September 7th 2026 : no refund.

Registration fee payment is not covered through Indico. When you're ready to pay, please visit the Adelaide University Online Shop, using the appropriate link as specified below.
Please note that Participant and Accompanying Person fees are managed separately.

Note: when arranging payment via either of these links, after clicking "Create Booking", you will need to enter your name and email address. This will create an account for you on the system.
If you're using the "Accompanying Person" link, please note that the payee's name and email address are required (that is, you), and not those details for the accompanying person.
You will receive an automated email from the AU online shop once your payment has been received.
Please do not refer to information on Indico regarding the status of your registration fee payment, as Indico is not used for processing payment for this event.
