Registration information
Registration for the Fall School can be done through the same form as the registration to the USTS2026 conference here. We expect that all attendees of the Fall School will attend also the USTS2026 conference in the following days 18-20 November 2026. For this reason, the registration fee for the Fall School will be waived to all those students attending USTS2026.
If you are attending both USTS2026 and the Fall School, in the select Student/Early student within the Registration option menu. Then, to confirm your attendance to the Fall school, just select the corresponding option in the Matter in Action! Fall School section. You will also be able to apply for a scholarship from here.
If you are not attending USTS2026, a registration fee of 50€ will need to be paid to cover your assistance to the School. In this case, select the "Matter in Action! Fall School ONLY (No participation in USTS)" option within the Registration option menu. Also, confirm attendance in the Matter in Action! Fall School section. You will also be able to apply for a scholarship from here.
Scholarship information
MATRIX can fund scholarships for accommodation in the Fall School for a number of candidates.
To apply for a scholarship, upon registration you will be given the option to apply for a scholarship (see I want to apply for a scholarship option). Those applying for a scholarship will need to provide a Reference letter, that should be included within your registration form.
