Transport

Durham is a small city and it takes about 15 minutes to walk from the conference venue to the city centre, and a further 15 minutes to arrive at the train station. There are also local buses to the conference venue, and well-served taxi ranks can be found at the train and bus stations. Your favourite mapping service should be able to provide you with up-to-date directions and local transport.

Durham is well-connected by train to London, Edinburgh and Newcastle, all of which are served by international airports. More details on how to travel to Durham can be found at https://www.durham.ac.uk/visit-us/.
