The main meeting will be held in the central UZH building on Rämistrasse 71, which is most easily reached via the tram stops ‘ETH/Universitätsspital’ and ‘Kantonsschulen’. The physics building and the subsequent workshop will take place on the Irchel Campus at Winterthurerstrasse 190, served by the tram stops ‘Universität Irchel’ and ‘Milchbuck’.
Quite some hotels offer a reduced university rate. However of the hotels has sufficient availability to accommodate all workshop participants, so we cannot arrange a block booking.In order to obtain the university rate, bookings must be made by phone. It is still worth checking online for deals first. The meeting dates fall just on the cusp of the main vacation season, so we recommend booking early.
