Registration & Financial Support — Important Instructions
Participants may choose between two forms:
- Conference Registration Form — For participants who will self-fund their registration.
- Financial Support Application Form — For students and early-career researchers applying for a registration fee support.
Financial support covers registration fees only. No travel or accommodation support will be provided.
Applicants requesting financial support must submit the Financial Support Application Form by March 23 and wait for the selection results before completing conference registration and payment.
Selected applicants will receive further instructions together with their acceptance notification.
