Is there a place for bag storage for arrival and departure?
There is no dedicated bag storage. Bags can be brought into the Preston Lecture theatre if necessary on the first or last day. Breaks take place immediately outside this lecture theatre.
My payment is not yet fully sorted out. What do I do?
In a few cases we still need to finalise invoice payments. Please do not worry – if this process has been discussed then your participation in the conference is confirmed. We will follow up on the details during or after the conference.
Accomodation questions
Accomodation is provided for those who have arranged it either directly with Stay QM or through discussion with the Local Organising Committee Chair. In all cases you should have the details about your accomodation directly from Stay QM. The conference committee does not have any information about this, so if you do have any questions please email Stay QM at stay@qmul.ac.uk
