We kindly ask participants to arrange their own accommodation.
A fixed number of rooms have been pre-booked at the nearby GEM Strathmore hotel at a preferential rate for the nights of 25 March and 26 March 2026.
Individual guests wishing to book from the allocation may book directly via the GEM Strathmore website using the unique booking code "IMPERIAL" for the KELLY MEMORIAL CONFERENCE before 3 March 2026.
After 3 March, rooms will be released from the allocation and the preferential rate will no longer apply.
Reservations made under the allocation may be cancelled without charge up to 7 days prior to arrival, by 2:00 pm (i.e., 18/03/2026).
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is available from 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival. Check-out is required by 11:00 hrs on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability.
The GEM Strathmore hotel is located at 41 Queen's Gate Gardens, South Kensington, London SW7 5NB and is a 7 min walk to Imperial College.
