Dear participants,
We would like to share some practical information ahead of the event.
The program is now available on Indico for those who have not yet seen it. We kindly ask all speakers to check their assigned slot and presentation time. Please note that talks are scheduled either as 15+5 minutes or 25+5 minutes. If any changes need to be made, please let us know as soon as possible! For the speakers, please upload your presentation to indico before your session starts.
For those presenting posters please find Lauren and Eda in the lunch break on Monday 18th of May.
Please also note that the Book of Abstracts will not be printed. Instead, an online version will be available. We are attaching it to this email for anyone who would like to print their own copy in advance.
The conference dinner will take place at Lanternen on Thursday 21 May, starting at 18:00. Please see the attached document for further details regarding directions.
Before the dinner, there will be some free time available. This can be used for collaboration discussions, networking, or simply to explore Oslo. If you are interested in sightseeing, we have included a link you can read about several museums which are close to the conference dinner, such as the Fram Museum, the Norsk Folkemuseum and Kon-tiki.
Lunch will be provided during the event. You will receive five lunch tickets—one for each day of the event. To receive lunch, please present the corresponding ticket for that day to the cafeteria.
We look forward to welcoming you all and hope you enjoy the event!
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at osloworkshop2026@fys.uio.no
Best regards,
