The venue is a historical monument, housed in the former convent of the Augustinian Sisters near the village of Ravenstein, which is in walking distance from the Ravenstein train station and about 20 minutes by train from Nijmegen central station.

The convent has 11 rooms with a single-bed, desk, closet and with a private bathroom. The rest of the rooms are also single-bed, with a desk, closet, washbasin and shared bathroom. We will allocate the bedrooms according to the order of pre-registration/registration. We make the reservations for your overnight stay and then Radboud University will bill your institutions.

Based on Radboud’s vision of sustainability, the venue will serve vegetarian catering as standard using fresh, local products. Please let us know in advance if you need special arrangements due to dietary restrictions.
