How to Register

Registration

There are two steps to the registration process:

1. Conference Registration through this indico platform
   • Registration opens on April 30, 2026 until November 1, 2026 (23:59 BKK time). Your registration ID will serve as the payment reference number. 

1. • After you submit the registration form, the status will be Awaiting approval. It will be updated to 'Complete' once the payment is complete. This may take a few days to a few weeks, depending on the payment method.
2. Payment through our payment platform
   • Our payment platform will open from July 1st, 2026.
   • We accept payments via both bank transfer and credit card.
   • Completion of payment involves either attaching proof of the bank transfer or completing the credit card transaction within the specified time frame.

Payment methods:

• • There is no additional charge for bank transfer (although your bank may charge a fee).

  • For a credit card, an additional 3% fee is applied.

Registration fee

1. Young researchers 
2. Regular participants  

Young researchers	8,000 THB	~ 210 Euro
Regular participants	12,000 THB	~ 320 Euro

These fees include welcome reception, conference dinner, 5 lunches and 9 coffee breaks.

Accompany person

• Full package (with breaks, lunches, welcome reception and conference dinner): 5,000 THB/person (~130 Euro)

• Social package (with welcome reception and conference dinner): 3,000 THB/person (~80 Euro)
