How to Register and Make a Payment

Registration

There are two steps to the registration process:

1. Conference registration through the Indico platform
   1. Registration will be open from April 30, 2026, until November 1, 2026, at 23:59 BKK time. Your registration ID will serve as your payment reference number.
   2. After you submit the registration form, your status will be "Awaiting approval". It will be updated to "Complete" once payment has been completed. This may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the payment method.
2. Payment through our payment platform
   1. The payment platform opens on July 15, 2026: 
      https://heppayment.phys.sc.chula.ac.th/
   2. We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.
   3. To complete payment, either upload proof of your bank transfer or complete the credit card transaction within the specified time frame.

How to make a payment

1. Go to our payment website: https://heppayment.phys.sc.chula.ac.th/
2. Enter your email address. We recommend using the same email address as for your Indico registration. The system will send you an access key in an email from noreply-heppayment@chula.ac.th with "HEP Payment session" as the subject line. If the email does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder.
3. Copy the access key, paste it into the payment page, and sign in.
4. The main page displays your payment history and status. To start a new payment for DSU2026, click "Make Payment".
5. Enter your first name, last name, and payment reference number (your Indico registration ID).
   Select the items you would like to pay for, choose a payment method, and click "Next."

Payment methods:

• We do not charge an additional fee for bank transfers, although your bank may charge one.
• Credit card payments are subject to an additional 3% fee.

Bank transfer:

1. Click “Next” to view the total amount to transfer in THB.
2. Transfer the amount using the bank details below, then upload the transfer receipt.

3. The payment status will initially be "Pending". The organizers will verify the transfer and update the status to "Success" once it has been confirmed. Verification may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

Credit card:

• After clicking “Next”, you will see a summary page. Click “Make Payment”.

• You will be redirected to the payment application. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
  

• If the payment is successful, you will be returned to the payment page with a status of Success.

• When you go back to the main payment page (https://heppayment.phys.sc.chula.ac.th/), you will see your payment history.
  

• If a payment fails, please start a fresh payment again from the “Make Payment” step.

Registration fee

Participant

1. Young researchers 
2. Regular participants  

Young researchers	8,000 THB	~ 210 Euro
Regular participants	12,000 THB	~ 320 Euro

These fees include welcome reception, conference dinner, 5 lunches and 9 coffee breaks.

Accompany person

• Full package (including coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception, and conference dinner): THB 5,000 per person (approximately EUR 130)

• Social package (including the welcome reception and conference dinner): THB 3,000 per person (approximately EUR 80)
